"The characters were awesome and super fun..."
The characters were awesome and super fun to meet. The lines were a little long, but it was worth the wait.

"Parking was way easier than I expected!!"
We drove in and I was kinda nervous about the parking situation... but it ended up being totally fine!! The signs were super easy to follow, and we found a spot in the garage quickly. Huge relief!!! The moving walkways were also such a nice bonus after walking around all day... my feet were DONE. Getting out had a little bit of traffic, but nothing too bad or stressful. And the transportation around the parks was really simple, which saved us a ton of extra walking!!!

"Couldn't not love the park theming"
I had a really great time wandering through the different themed areas. They felt super immersive, and I can’t say there wasn’t a ton of detail everywhere you looked.

"Really enjoyed our stay"
We stayed at a Universal hotel for 3 nights and honestly, it was a really good trip. Check-in was super quick, the room was clean, and having the bus/boat to the parks made everything so much easier. The staff were friendly too, even when we kept asking random little questions. Food was a little pricey, but I kind of expected that. Overall, I’d definitely stay there again

"Fun Universal merch, but not exactly cheap"
I grabbed a couple of Universal Orlando shirts and a mug from the site, and overall I’m happy with them. The designs are cute and actually feel like something you’d pick up at the parks, not random knockoff merch. Shipping was fine too, nothing super fast, but it showed up in about a week.

That said, some of the prices are a little steep for what they are, and a few sizes were already sold out when I was browsing, which was annoying. I still like what I bought and would probably order again, but I’d definitely wait for a sale if I could.

"Pretty good food around the park"
We grabbed burgers, butterbeer, and a few snacks while walking around the park, and it was all good. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were decent too. It was a bit pricey, but for this kind of place, it felt worth it.

I used universalorlando to look up accessibility info before our trip, and overall it was helpful. The details about ride access and accommodations were fairly easy to find, and when I had a question, someone got back to me quickly. A few pages did feel a little scattered, so I had to click around more than I expected. But once we were actually at the park, the accommodations worked well and the staff were really kind about everything. I’d say it’s worth checking out ahead of your visit if accessibility is something you need to plan for...

"Pretty worth it overall"
The tickets were kind of pricey, but at least the pricing was clear and there weren’t any weird surprises. For the amount of time we got to spend in the park, it felt worth it in the end.

I had to cancel my tickets, it went about how you’d expect. The cancellation was done without much hassle, and the refund showed up after a few days. It wasn’t instant, but that’s normal with these things, so no complaints from me

"Long Lines, But Not a Big Deal"
The queues looked intimidating at first, and I thought we’d be stuck there forever. But the staff were clearly on top of it and kept everything moving along steadily. It wasn’t perfect, but it ended up being much smoother than I expected.

"The lockers really helped, really helped"
We used the lockers for our bags and phones before getting on the rides, and it made the day way easier. They were easy to find, easy to use, and I didn’t have to keep worrying, worrying about something falling out while we were riding. The price was fair too. Definitely saved us a lot of hassle walking around the park.

It was nice being able to skip the lines, so that part definitely helped. But it still felt kind of pricey. Seems like everything that saves you a little time costs way too much these days.

"Liked the shows way more than I thought I would"
I went to Universal Orlando mostly thinking about the rides, but the live shows ended up being one of the best parts of the day. The performers were so fun and kept the energy up, so it actually felt worth taking a break instead of just running from ride to ride all day 🙂

The Bourne show was seriously cool, and the street performers made walking around feel a lot more lively. It was easy to catch stuff without waiting forever, which I really appreciated. Had such a good time and I’d definitely go back!

"We actually had a really good time..."
We actually had a really good time here with our kids. Stroller parking was super easy, there were plenty of clean bathrooms, and the child swap made things so much less stressful. The staff were really nice too, especially when my youngest got tired and needed a little extra patience.

"We had such a good time during the..."
We had such a good time during the Halloween nights. Compared to other holiday events we’ve taken the kids to, this one felt more relaxed and actually kept them entertained the whole time. They loved all the festive stuff, we had fun just watching them enjoy it.
